Drug-Free Schools and Campuses Act

Lone Star College System complies with the Drug-Free Schools and Campuses Act by posting on its website information about alcohol and drug use, the consequences of unlawful drug or alcohol possession, use or distribution, as well as information about drug or alcohol counseling.

Lone Star College System will impose sanctions on faculty, staff, or students consistent with state and federal law, up to and including disciplinary expulsion for students or termination for faculty or staff, and referral to area law enforcement agencies for prosecution.
